Privacy Policy

When you book a call, you give us:

• your first and last name
• your email address and phone number
• your Instagram handle, if you share one
• your niche or industry, and how you would rather be contacted
• whether the number you gave us is on WhatsApp
• whatever you write in the notes field

When you message us through the site, or reach us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we hold what you wrote and the address you wrote it from.

Our hosting keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser and device type, which pages were requested and when. They exist to keep the site running and secure; we do not use them to build a profile of you.

We never ask for payment card details through this website, and you should not send them to us here.

We use what you give us:

• to reply to you, and to hold the call slot you booked
• to quote for work, and — if you go ahead — to run and deliver the project
• to send you messages about a booking or project you have with us: confirmations, reminders, drafts and account notices
• to keep our own records, invoices and tax obligations in order
• to keep the site secure and to investigate abuse

We do not use what you send us to train models, and we do not use it for advertising.

We process your information because you asked us to do something (book a call, quote a project), because we need it to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our own business, or because the law requires us to keep a record.

Where we rely on your consent — the message consent box on the booking form — you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done while it stood.

We operate under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we apply UK and EU GDPR standards to your information as well.

The consent box on the booking form covers transactional messages about your booking, account, orders and the services you asked for — confirmations, reminders and notifications. Frequency varies with the project. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop the messages we have to send to run a project you have with us: a delivery notice or an invoice is not marketing.

This site sets one cookie. NEXT_LOCALE remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, so you do not land on the wrong language next visit. It is strictly functional, it holds nothing about you, and it is the only one we set.

There is no analytics cookie, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker on this site — which is why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner on the way in.

The video player keeps your playback preferences — volume, quality, captions — in your browser's local storage. That stays in your browser and never reaches us. Clearing your site data removes it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It reaches other hands only here:

• The Lereve Portal — bookings and project records live in our own system, on our own infrastructure.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — they hold the site and its data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
• Our team — the producers, editors and specialists on your project, on a need-to-know basis.
• Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, insurers, or a regulator or court, where we are legally required to disclose.

Some media here is served from other companies' networks, which means your browser contacts them directly and they see your IP address as part of delivering the file:

• Pexels — the placeholder photography and stock clips still used in parts of the site.
• The Lereve Portal — our own films and imagery.

Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google, so no font request leaves this site.

When you tap through to WhatsApp or Instagram you are on Meta's platforms, and their privacy policies apply from that point rather than ours.

We do not keep things indefinitely by default:

• Enquiries and bookings that do not become projects: 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records, contracts and invoices: for as long as the relationship runs, and afterwards for as long as UAE tax and company law requires.
• Project files and footage: 90 days after final delivery, unless your agreement says otherwise. Keep your own masters.
• Server logs: a short rolling window, held for security and troubleshooting.

The site runs over HTTPS, form submissions travel to our own server rather than a third party's, and access to booking and client records is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of anything sent to us over the internet. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or copies of identity documents through the forms on this site or over WhatsApp — we will never ask you for them there.

Whatever we hold about you, you can:

• ask what it is, and get a copy
• have it corrected if it is wrong
• have it deleted, where we are not required to keep it
• withdraw a consent you gave us
• object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict it
• ask us to stop messaging you

Email us and we will answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to your local data protection authority if you are in the UK or the EEA.

We are based in the UAE, and our infrastructure and our team are the primary place your information is held and used.

Some of the tools we run the business on — email, messaging, hosting — operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the UAE. Where it is, we take reasonable steps to see that it is protected to the standard this policy describes.

This site is aimed at businesses, and our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — tell us if you believe a child has given us any, and we will delete it.

Where a project involves filming or featuring a minor, obtaining consent from a parent or guardian is your responsibility, and seeing it before we publish is ours.

We update this policy when what we do changes. The date above shows when it last moved, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Where a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you rather than leave it for you to notice.
